Sarnia-Lambton MP Marilyn Gladu honoured to support #338Conversations by taking stand against workplace bullying and harassment

Marilyn Gladu (Shadow Minister of Health) to co-host important Mental Health initiative with the Mental Health Commission of Canada, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce & Geoff Regan - Speaker of the House of Commons 

MP Marilyn Gladu is pleased to announce that she will be hosting the official launch of #338conversations 2018 campaign.  Under this initiative, Members of Parliament and Senators are being asked to join forces with their local Chamber of Commerce to create a dialogue around workplace mental health while encouraging organizations to take steps to safeguard the well-being & safety of their workers. More information will be announced during the official launch of #338conversations on Parliament.

“A healthy workplace that allows employees to balance life and work, is free from harassment and bullying, and is filled with positive supports is a key to improved mental health, better employee relationships and increased productivity. I am pleased to be one of the #338conversations happening and I am strongly committed to ensuring a healthy workplace exists for my employees and myself - in addition to working hard to see improvements at workplaces in my riding of Sarnia-Lambton and across Canada.
